3 x 5/5 1h c&p @ 20kg
2 x 5 goblet squat @ 75#
2 x 5 dhnk pullups 
A bunch of snatches and swings @ 20kg

then:
Coach the rest of the night (gameday)

Then: 
Basketball skills and drills x 30 min 

Comments:
Got killed in our rivalry game so stayed after and shot in the gym alone. Needed to clear my head.
