In the PM: 
60 min x private basketball lesson 

Then:
400 x 2h swings @ 45 
- 4 x (50-25-15-10)

2 x 5 bench press @ 155
5 x 2 back squat @ 225 
5-1 pullup ladder
5-1 chin-up ladder 

Then:
20 min x Steve Nash shooting drill 

Then:
60 min x private basketball lesson
