Strength: Day 16

PM:
5-1 deadlift ladder @ 225#
In between each rung:
5 x goblet squat @ 75#
5 x one arm press @ 20kg (each side)
5 x half snatch @ 20kg (each side)
5 x chin-ups 

Notes:
Short on time. Solid work.
