Workout 1:
4.2 mile run

Workout 2:
3.5 mile walk

Workout 3:
30-20-10 AFAP
Swings @ 80#
Push-ups
Health snatch @ 20kg
Squats

Notes:
Solid day. Shoulder is getting better. Push-ups help.
