- 24 squats (35lb db's)
Durability:
- 1.5 mile run at a fast pace (approx 6:30 pace)
Notes:
- Body: weight 195lb
- Nutrition: poor
- Workout: Overall just a bad day. This week has not been good nutrition wise and I have missed my morning devotions the past 2 days which has led to anxiousness and irritability. Workout today lacked the normal intensity.
