- 50 min run (approx 5.5 to 6 miles)
- 20 min walk
Durability: Yoga, active stretch, contrast shower
Notes:
- Body: stretched out legs, contrast showers really help aid in my recovery. Pleased with the run.
- Nutrition: Good, ate a bowl of raison bran to get some carbs in before the long run.
