Notes:
- Body: 194.4 lbs after the weekend. This is the weight I feel most healthy at. When I am hovering around 190 lbs or lower I lack energy and become lethargic and moody. 190lb's while doing Sealfit is tough to maintain energy levels and motivation due to the sheer volume and intensity of the workload.. As a side note, contrast showers are an amazing recovery tool.
- Nutrition: Incorporated chocolate milk before and after each workout and it is interesting to note the weight gain as well as the improved recovery. Performace did not suffer at all which was good to see, I even PR'd on Murph. Adding in the chocolate milk and a little bit of cereal here and there really helped aid in recovery as well. Im going to try to just do the milk and cut out the cereal this week and see what happens.
