2 x 400m sprint

6 x 120yrd striders 
- EMOTM, all done <21 sec
- goal post to goal post 

Then: cool down 
Jog around field

RIS (hamstring focus)

Notes: 
Body: right Achilles sore from sprints. Neck still really hurting from this weekend.
Weight: 202# (good after rest weekend)
Comments: 85 degrees, super humid. Really sweating hard. Need to get right Achilles under control.
