Thur: 11/5/15 - GJ No Gear Day 2

530am:
Streams in the Desert 
Homiletics/BSF (Dan 6)
Journal 

Then:
Cold shower
Joint mobility
10-8-6-4-2-1 pushup/flr ladder
Upper body band work

In the PM:

30 min run @ easy pace 

Then: 
50 x dhnk pullups (ladders)

Then: cool down
Short recovery walk 
2 x 15 2h swings @ 80#
Band stretch 

Later in the PM: 
160 x pushups (Gtg, sets of 20)

Notes: 
Weight: 199#
Comments: legs are unbelievably sore. Quads especially. Didn't eat today until dinner then ate everything in sight.
