Wed: 11/5/14, hwe (day 2)

During the day: 
260 x pushups 
200 x situp variations 

Before bed: 
Joint mobility
Hip mobility 
Steve Nash balance drill 

Comments:
Sleep: 6 hours 
Nutrition: 1 meal @ 8pm, had coffee, Gatorade and a slice of cheese during the day.
Notes: Alertness and energy very high during the day. Front of shoulders and core a bit sore but not bad.
