Goals / Area's of Improvement

Prioritize: If it is important, do it every day. If it's not don't do it at all.

Get back to a stable and repeatable morning routine.

Develop a high level of fitness / engine with extremely limited time available.

Biggest bang for your buck excercises:

Tests:

I am not to worried about top end strength, stamin and strength endurance are more important to me.

Objective based training.
