Then:
3 x (5-3-2) bench press @ 155#
9 x 4 dhnk chin-ups
(Done in between each sets)
1 x max dhnk chin-ups (15 reps)
Band tricep extensions x a bunch
Then:
Relaxed stretch
Foundation drills
Then:
Dynamic stretch
